IN TENNESSEE Construction Landfills
1. Located west of Briley Parkway and south of Hwy 12. This landfill keeps growing and is changing the landscape along the Cumberland River. Its runnoff is damaging a Native American Site and runs into the Cumberland River. Location 36 12' 17. 81" N / 86 52' 36.25" W Go to Google Earth and type in Long/Lat for location. Hermitage Central Pike Landfill 2. Located south of Lebanon Rd. and west of Central Pike. This landfill was built on top of a Indian Burial Mound. It drains into the Stones River. Location 36 10' 44.24" N / 86 37' 59.62" W Go to Google Earth and type in Long/Lat for location. OLD LANDFILLS
Bordeaux Landfill
3. Located west of Bordeaux. Was the main landfill for years for Nashville and surrounding area. 36°10'14.51"N 86°50'37.22"W
